Hi! I'm Mike.

I've spent over 20 years in the hospitality, travel, and tech industry helping to grow iconic brands like ChowNow, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Lettuce Entertain You, Yum Brands, Pressed Juicery and Protein Bar. I've always loved creating the kind of employee experiences that drive bottom-line results, improve customer service, and attract top talent. My industry background includes restaurants, retail, technology start-ups, hotels, wineries, breweries, airlines, and travel/tourism.

After two decades of deep industry experience, these days I get to focus on what I love: working with brands to create the kind of radical culture that engages employees, attracts top talent, creates collaboration, and boosts customer experience. I deliver keynote speeches, lead workshops on all the things that drive radical cultures: collaboration, leadership, vision and values creation, human resources, and customer service.
